Youths walk for renewables

Young people across Australia are campaigning for what could be Australia’s first solar thermal plant at Port Augusta.

A two week long walk from Port Augusta to Adelaide aims to see two coal-fired power stations, owned by Alinta Energy, replaced with solar power.

  1. It’s very obvious that everyone is in favour of such a move, why the government cant just make it happen is well and truly beyond me.
