There’s a growing domestic and international interest in eco tourism, especially in our national parks.

But plans to open up national parks to development are causing rancor among critics who say our parks will be loved to death.

  1. Its hard for people to enjoy our national parks when there isn’t any infrastructure or facilities. I think the balance is right at the moment in most parks. You have to keep an eye on it though. It would be such a shame if they were to over do it.

  2. It’s a really interesting issue – big developments aren’t right for the parks but encouraging people to visit through different events could get more people to see how beautiful and valuable the parks are and how important it is to save them.
